Tao Xingzhi died of cerebral hemorrhage 12:30 July 25^th 1946. because of his hard work, poor health, strong stimulus when he was 55 years old.

Great people’s educator Tao Xingzhi was immoral.

因劳累过度，健康过亏，刺激过深。一九四六年七月二十五日十二时三十分，陶行知因突发脑溢血在上海不幸逝世，享年五十五岁。

伟大的人民教育家陶行知先生永垂不朽！
