The length of life is not only determined by God,

盈缩之期，不但在天；

As long as oneself recuperates the body and mind, may also prolong the life year.

养怡之福，可得永年。

I am very happy to use this poem to express my inner feelings.

幸甚至哉，歌以咏志。

呵，说曹操，曹操就到！

Turn turtle

四脚朝天

The tug nearly turned turtle twice, but I managed to keep her upright. 

拖船两次都差点翻个儿，但我设法稳住了船身。

A large wave caused our little boat to turn turtle. 

一阵巨浪将我们的小船打翻了。

After colliding, both cars turned turtle. 

碰撞后, 两部车都翻个四脚天。

A turtle in a jar is certainly caught within the reach. 

瓮中之鳖,手到擒来。

Do not deliver the soul of your turtledove to the wild beast;

不要将你斑鸠的性命交给野兽。

Do not forget the life of your once upon a time afflicted forever.

永远不要忘记你们曾经受苦受难的人生。
