That means "the sun is new every day."

The cloudless sunrise, the red color is the beauty of the world

万里无云的日出，那番红艳是世界的绝美

The sea of clouds surging sunrise, that magnificent is the world's amazement

云海翻腾的日出，那番壮阔是世间的惊艳

The weather favored us, and beauty is never too good to receive.
