In fact, I learned two cultures:

其实就是学习了两个文化：

First, British culture,

一是，英国的文化，

The main culture must be very clear and standard;

把主干文化一定要管得很清晰、很标准；

Second, learn from the United States and make the terminal culture very open.

二是，向美国学习，把末端文化很开放，

Allow openness, allow competition,

允许开放、允许竞争，

Do not make the specification very meticulous.

不把规范做的很细致。

It all has an impact.

这都有影响。

But by learning innovation,

但通过学习创新，

We have a lot of technology far ahead of Western companies

我们非常多的技术远领先西方公司。
